We are very pleased with how our bathroom renovation turned out. Despite several hiccups due to Covid-19 restrictions, The designer was always there to ensure everything went back on track and according to our needs.
We are glad we went along with the designer’s recommendation to install waterproof cabinets for the bathroom, it has made maintenance so much easier.
Very relieved that we went back to Ciseern for round 2 of our renovation, very satisfied with the good quality materials and workmanship provided.

Searching for a dream feature wall for my home, I and my wife was introduced to Ciseern and meet up with the designer. She had successfully turn our house to a dream home with her simple and modern design. She ensure that the design of the feature wall meet our requirement and budget.

Once we finalize the design of my feature wall, we went down to the showroom and she patiencely guided us on the materials and colours to choose, providing us details explanantion we need to know and giving us her professional opinions on the material and colours selection. The designer is very friendly, committed, frank and very upfront with her opinions and ideas. She wants us to be fully sastified. Good workmanship and the end product was superb. My new feature wall now become my favourite spot. Money worth spent. We worked with the designer from Ciseern and it was such a breeze right from the start. Even though my wife and I had rather busy work schedules, he was very accomodating in meeting our availabilities. Our requests for modifications were also quickly incorporated into the design plans.
The designer also accompanied us during our trips to purchase the various fittings of the house. All minor defects in our house were also rectified promptly before the final handover.
In addition, we also enjoyed the the freebies that came with our ID package such as the LED strip, sofa from OM Furniture and waterproof boards for the shelves under the kitchen sink.
Thank you Ciseern for a job well done! It was a great joy and we felt so at ease knowing that our house renovation was in good hands!
