As new homeowners, we’re glad we chose to engage Ciseern for the renovation of our 4-room BTO. Our interior designers were incredibly patient and guided us through the entire renovation journey. They successfully combined our ideas, needs, and preferences to bring our dream home to life — from the kitchen sink area to the bathroom vanity, using the waterproof Celuka board cabinetry.
She did an excellent job coordinating with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure everything ran smoothly. She went above and beyond our expectations, proving to be someone we could consistently rely on and trust throughout the process. Despite our busy schedules, she remained patient, understanding, and made sure all deadlines were met on time.
Whenever we met with vendors, her strong relationships with them helped us achieve the best possible outcomes. She truly understood the concept we envisioned for our home, and it was clear she was committed to bringing that vision to life.

Ciseern – Our Trusted Choice, Always!
We are return clients of Ciseern for several reasons. Ciseern is an established and reputable design company, and they did a fantastic job with the carpentry in our previous home. All their cabinets come with exclusive wood grain carcasses from Korea, which we really love. So when it came time to renovate our new home, Ciseern was naturally our first choice.
We were fortunate to have Ciseern's designer help our renovation project. From cabinetry design and material selection to accessories, lighting, furniture, and colour schemes, both Vince and Daniel provided us with valuable ideas and advice. Designer is very knowledgeable and experienced, managed all the contractors efficiently, making the entire renovation process smooth and worry-free.
Their strong relationships with vendors also helped us get the best possible rates and outcomes. Despite our tight schedule and an unexpected wall paint issue from the developer, they ensured that every deadline was met on time.
What truly stood out was how Ciseern managed to work within our budget yet still delivered our dream home. They never pushed us to spend unnecessarily and were always transparent and considerate.
Ciseern also offers excellent after-sales support. They has been incredibly dedicated, helping us even after the handover — from hanging our paintings and fixing TV cables to minor touch-ups and troubleshooting. It’s reassuring to know we can still count on them whenever we need help.

Really happy with how my home turned out after the renovation! The whole project was handled smoothly and completed on time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Ciseern, Our ID, has been amazing to work with. Designer is flexible, reliable, and always quick to attend to our questions — no matter how big or small. She gave us great advice when we were unsure, and at the same time respected our preferences and made sure our ideas were brought to life.
